I am little disappointed at the salon’s unexpected charges when you come in as their prices seem to fluctuate on weekly basis. I came in for a root touch up and Lilit did my hair, then I ended up getting charged for multiple services that I did not agree upon. Be careful when you come to this location, you maybe spending your life savings for a basic service.

Besides the fact that the store is always clean, well stocked and the attention is 10/10; I want to give a shout-out to Xavier and Emely, for making me realize that my rewards account was hacked and for helping me not only fix it but patiently guide through the customer service process; even when it was after their closing time; they made sure that I didn’t leave without having a solution to my problem. Please give them a raise and promotion. They really deserve it.

Donnie went absolutely above and beyond to find a gel that works for my natural hair! I’ve been looking for it everywhere and when I got to the store it was out of stock. He went out of his way to go check the boxes in the back and lo and behold they had it! forever grateful!!

Terrible experience. My friend and I came in to this location on 4/20/24 and was treated like scum of the earth. I called to explain my experience and the manager told me it was “hard to believe, because her staff is strong”. As if I have all the time in the world to fabricate a story. Never have I EVER been treated like less than a human! Truly disgusting.

I booked hair services with Lilit. Unfortunately, it was not a good experience. She made unprofessional comments about my hair damage and bald spots throughout the appointment and my highlights looked very streaky, despite asking for a natural look. She also added a color service without consulting me, and I’m not sure it was even done. I contacted the customer service manager, who was very patronizing and talked over me, saying it was hard to believe and surprising given that Lillit is an elite stylist. Then, the store manager contacted me and, while she listened to my complaints and apologized, she did not offer to take off the unexpected charge. I am very disappointed with the end result and how my concerns were handled. If you do get a service here, watch out for unethically added charges.
