No complaints. Friendly staff. A nice, clean atmosphere. I go in the morning so there’s never really a wait. They always do a good job. They’re a little pricey in comparison to the nail shop that I used to go to (in Warren), but I guess that’s to be expected in Royal Oak lol.

I’ve been coming here and only here for my nail needs for ~2 years now and I request the same nail tech every time—Tracie, because she did my nails on my first visit and I’ve never looked back. She does a beautiful job every time and accommodates my special requests so well, without complaint, I feel comfortable trusting this salon to give me what I want each time I make an appointment. I’ve never left an appointment with this salon regretting my experience and plan to continue coming here, whether on a regular basis or even when I randomly feel like having a positive self-care day. The pedicure massage chairs and overall ambience of the salon don’t suck either!

Do not come here especially on a Sunday. I did not have a good experience and felt uncomfortable the whole time. Nail technician didn’t speak to me just the co workers the whole time. Didn’t ask me what shape wanted and just asked if i wanted my nails shorter. After that she just started buffing my nails. I noticed she was doing things in an odd order so I asked when she was going to shape them and she sighed loud and I said sorry I wasn’t trying to come off rude I just wanted to know what was going on. You could tell she was rushing and didn’t care about her work. She was doing things so fast i didnt get a chance to look at my nails and see if i didnt like how they look. Plus i felt so uncomfortable to say anything. I got home and showed my friend my nails and she said my nails are uneven and there’s a bubble forming up in the nail polish on one nail. I looked at them more and noticed too. I am not pleased with my first time there. Also, I called to see when was a good time and I showed up at that time and they didn’t have a person ready to do fill in nails and said I had to wait a little bit. I didn’t think I would sit there for 40 -45 minutes. It’s like they forgot about me didn’t check up or apologize to me. I wish they would have told me on the phone they had all these appointments at 12:30…… they overbooked themselves and ask what I wanted done. The lady rushed me off the phone too!!! I’m not happy with this place

I have been going to Royal touch for about 8 months now. Everyone there is delightful to work with, the space is clean and inviting. I see Su every 3 weeks for fantastic and creative nail art designs. Anything I have thrown at her, she has delivered above and beyond my expectations! She is a true artist! Highly recommend Royal Touch and Su!

I went here to get my nails done for my birthday yesterday and today they are already peeling. On top of them peeling the polish under the layer that came off is wet and leaking out resulting in polish getting all over my hands and on anything I accidentally touch with them. During them doing my nails they were cutting the nail that was put on and when I said I wanted them at the length that I did the nail tech and the manager both said “are you sure you want them that long, long nails break” I always get my nails done this long and have never been questioned nor had an issue with the length. My friend who was with me also wanted hers the same length her nail tech didn’t say anything about it but just kept cutting hers until they were super short. I showed the nail tech the picture of what I wanted and she glanced and it but never asked to see it again. When she started to put the polish on I had to show her the picture again. I wanted all sparkle on my ring fingers and when I showed it to her again she seemed frustrated that she was going to have to take the polish off so I decided to just not do the all sparkle so I didn’t cause an inconvenience. I have never had my nails peel the way mine are peeling now not even 24 hours after getting them done. I have been here one other time and the nails turned out good but when I tried to get a design the last time they kept telling me the design I wanted wouldn’t look good. I will definitely not be going back to this salon.
Update; they did fix them with no problem with a different nail tech!
