I can honestly say that I am not one to bash any sort of small business, but I just have to say that I would be extremely upset if I were under the assumption that I would be getting a quality service and not receiving such. Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience at this salon. I have been a very loyal customer for about two years, and I feel that I have a right to be able to talk about said experience I have had today. I called to make an appointment about two hours ahead of time to be sure that I would be in at a specific time (I have to go to work) so I drove the 35 minutes to hopefully be able to pay for a service and enjoy it. I understand businesses being busy so I won’t complain in the slightest about my 30 minute wait time, however, I waited my turn and I expected to be treated with the same amount of caution as other customers. My nail tech flew through these nails in 15 minutes. I had the set on, painted, and walked out the door in 15 MINUTES! That’s unheard of. I was very upset but I understand that she was busy so I kinda brushed it off and didn’t inspect my nails much in the business, but I did however notice how little prep she had provided so I won’t be surprised if this set lasts me even a week. The tips weren’t even the size of my nail, they were crooked, and my middle finger nail is already lifting, and I took these photos as soon as I left the building. If you can see in the photos, these look absolutely terrible and I would never feel comfortable sending a customer out the door with a set like this. I want nothing out of this besides customer caution! I do not recommend.

I am a nurse that works 12 hour shifts. I decided to treat myself of my day off. I haven’t been in a salon in years. Sandy did a set of solar nails for me, and also a luxury pedicure. I have not been this relaxed in a long time! Sandy did an amazing job! I love my nails, and the pedicure was beyond expectation. Thank you, Sandy! I will be back.

A few days ago I went here for a fill and color nothing more . The lady decided to color and draw a line on each one of my nails
I went along with it thinking she was being nice . When I finished went to pay. the lady didn’t tell me how much it would cost . I had to ask her. It seemed like she was in a hurry to take my card and when I asked her how much for what she did, she charged me $72 for a fill I didn’t argue with her. I went ahead and paid, and I even gave her a tip, but when I got home, I looked my nails over close and a couple of them looked like jellybeans. They’re so raised up where she didn’t smooth it out like she should have. I’ve only been there a couple of times and will not go back.
I’m very disappointed. What I would suggest when you get your nails done there make sure you know how much they’re going to charge before hand because I didn’t do that. I was thinking a fill would be like $50 not 76 after they taxed me.
And today 2 nails fell off ☹️

Never go here! The worst experience ever and horrible customer service! I got dip extensions and paid almost $80. I noticed after getting them done, my nails were very thin. After a few days one of my nails broke and I went in to get it fixed. A couple days later another 3 of my nails broke because of how thin they were! ( less than a week and a half since getting them done) I went back in and asked them to redo all of my nails since they keep on breaking but they said no they will only redo the broken ones. They started doing other people’s nails who got there after me and completely ignored me , I waited 45 minutes until they did mine. An hour after getting my nails fixed another nail broke. (5 nails total have now been broken )Never going back

Loved the previous owners. This new ownership did a good job but their prices are very high and everything is extra. I won’t go back because of pricing. But they did do a good job.
