My step mom and I had the most amazing experience at Julie’s salon. Julie did my hair and Maria did my makeup for my brother’s wedding in St. Helena. They were so kind, professional, and experts in their field!! I felt so beautiful the entire day and received so many compliments on my hair and makeup. They gave me so much confidence in the way they made us feel and look. I give them both my highest recommendation!!

Julie just gave me the best super short pixie haircut. I’m blown away. She’s incredible.
Thank you, Julie.

The woman who did my manicure was super nice! I came in from out of town, and she gave me some good local tips! She not only did a great job on my manicure but had this amazing oil that dries the polish super fast and leaves the skin around your nails super soft. If you’re looking for a good nail place, this is it!

Went in to Julie’s to get highlights. Walked in and was greated by the staff. Koty was my hair stylist. She is super sweet and amazing in her work. She listen to my request of not wanting to ruin my natural hair with bleach and nailed it out the park. Thank you so much Koty for making me feel welcomed and doing a fabulous job!! You truly are amazing at what you do. Keep up the great work.

While the woman who performed the pedicure was very nice, the pedicure was really terrible. The salon is very small with a few salon chairs and a few pedicure stations. The “massage” chairs are essentially vibrating chairs that do not massage at all. There were some options for color choices. I picked my color and the pedicure started. The woman doing my nails I don’t think does them often (if ever). She cut two of my nails so short they began to bleed. The tools did not appear to be sanitized in any way, just placed in a basket to be used on you. She then began ripping up the cuticles with the cutter, leaving cuts all over the nail (never used the cuticle pusher until after…what was the point after you just tore up the nail bed and cuticles). Polish is bubbled (and I assume mixed with acetone to extent the shelf life to continue using the color). I don’t expect the polish to even last 2 weeks. There was nothing special about this service-most nail salons have a scrub, mask, hot stones, hot towels..something to justify the price. Overall, very disappointing pedicure and seriously overpriced ($50). This “service” should have been maximum of $35 considering this isn’t some high end spa or even nice nail salon. Would not return. Extra star because the woman who did the service was very nice but needs additional training.
