I LOVE MY NAILS! Suriya (I think was her name) did an amazing job 🙂 she took care of my old nails and it turned out so good. I can’t stop looking at them 😍 I had reviewed this nail salon already but I wanted to do it again because i always have a good experience here. 10/10 ⭐️

I very rarely treat myself to pedi’s and my pedi does look nice, however after my nails were painted I was left sitting in the pedi chair while the manicurist prepared her lunch in another room.
After about 20-30 minutes I asked another employee if I was just drying there and she said yes.
After another 10-15 minutes my manicurist was playing on her phone 2 seats away and I finally got up and asked her if I was done and she hurried me to the register to pay.
I’m not going back.

I started going here a few months ago the ladies were very sweet, sometimes it would take a little bit of time but I always left satisfied. I’m not sure if they’re under new ownership or if different workers come in on Sunday’s, either way I will never be going back! it took them OVER 2 hours, my appointment was at 12:30 I arrived on time and didn’t leave until after 2:30! All I asked for was a basic manicure and pedicure! No acrylic, no gel. The picture is my nails messing up as soon as I got in the car. I didn’t have the patience to go back and ask them to fix it. They probably spent a total of 30 minutes actually doing my nails, the rest of the time was waiting.

They did any amazing job with my volcano pedicure and acrylic nails with design. I always do gel polish on my hands and feet. This was my first time visiting Premiere Nails because I’m not from the area. So glad I googled nail shops and chose this one! The ladies are super friendly, professional, detailed, the shop is clean and chic—it’s truly a calming and relaxing space. More like importantly…THEY CAN DO NAILS!!! I brought picture of what I wanted and it was executed flawlessly.
This will be my go to nail shop when I come back to Greensboro. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

They are always super nice and I’ve been here multiple times and my nails looked fine, but someone here did my nails for prom and they ended up like this. Several times while I was getting them done she was on the phone and had to ask me which step she was on.. again she was really nice but it was just a mess
