The store hours online to not match the actual hours of operation. The store security is extremely rude, and disrespectful. Highly would not recommend this beauty supply.

First place to go for earnings and bracelets from $1 up Staff is very helpful, and so is the armed guard

The manager on duty packed my order and forgot two packs of eyelashes but they charged me for the whole amount plus delivery. I reached out to Uber and was denied a refund for the missing items because the store says they placed the items in the bag. I called the store and the manager was trying to be snooty but she was in the wrong and said mistakes happen it’s been a long day. She also asked for my address to see if she could bring them and when I gave it to her she said oh you live too far, Culver City is far but the store services my area smh very unprofessional. I work in the ER, I can’t say mistakes happen smh. She reached out to higher ups who told this lady to have me file a dispute with Uber so they can keep $20 knowing they didn’t fulfill the order. That’s Terrible business practice to not refund the customer. Beauty Depot would never! I always order from them on DoorDash but I caught the store too late and they were closed. So this was a first and last with diamond beauty supply and I’m making a review on google and yelp as well. The young lady did Zelle me back $7 smh and I paid 14$ basically for rhinestone that were about $4-5 bucks. She should have refunded me the delivery as well or had better customer service and brought the items to me like Beauty Depot had done when they messed up. I will never shop at this store again!
