I did a back facial here a few weeks ago and I got an infection on my back, they don’t change towels in between guest so everyone lays on the same dirty towels. They use the same sponges from each person. I thought this place was nice but it is very unhygienic. They also share the same tools between a pedicure and manicure without cleaning it. I will never go back, I had to go to a dermatologist to see what type of disease this place gave me, and antibiotics. Highly disappointing .

I paid 280EGP for pedicure and normal nail polish which is a low quality brand “Elle”, when I went in I saw there was kinetics bottles and thought that this is the quality I should get for what I paid for but to my surprise all kinetics bottles are empty and you can only choose from Runway or Elle even the top coat she uses Elle!!
Pedicure was ok not bad but the nail polish application was very bad to the extent that I had to instruct the girl on each nail that there is a bubble or a missed spot!!
Not recommending it and not going there again.

Worst place ever, unprofessional, disrespect, no commitment to the reservation time and after 3 hours of waiting I’ve got the worst gell polish eveeerrrrr !!!! Receptionist is very rude .. Not recommended… don’t waist your time and your money.

I like the place , it’s one of my favorites. I had been visiting them for 4/5 years , with all new stuff & developing that I had witnessed throughout the years , my last visit hydro facial treatment with Hagar she is decent & adequate but the only comment I wish for was an offer yet I felt pampered
There timing is the worst , everytime I have to wait almost an hour to get treatment done even when I come in the mornings & punctual early on times they are still late 😢
