Though we started with some miscommunication, am glad I gave the place another chance, Thanks to Nihal I visited the Beverly Hills branch and had the best relaxing experience ( specifically it was so much needed) I tried the aqua hair service and it’s beyond amazing ! If you need to unwind and pamper yourself then that’s your place. Thank you for making sure not to loose your clients:) I highly recommend

very bad service and very rude staff. I had booked an appointment for lip pigmentation over a month ago as I live abroad. They asked me to transfer £500 within 20 minutes or the appointment would be cancelled. Today, the same day as my treatment, they send me a text message two hours before saying that the therapist has fallen ill and that they cannot give me an appointment until next week since the therapist is ill. What annoyed me the most is their rude attitude towards the customer

Expat: I come here for lashes regularly and the quality is the best ive found in Cairo. Message them on WhatsApp and they can set up an appointment for you

Very confusing booking system, I contacted them via Instagram and I had to give them my phone number. Later on 3 different numbers on WhatsApp reached out to me from the Salon. On of them ask me for a cash transfer to reserve my appointment. I was not sure if I was being scammed so I decided not to book any appointment.

I was really excited to try the new ASMR package but got disappointed
I chose the devine aqua therapy
We can say it was just some simple hair and face massage with simple masks
The head shower tho was nice
Nothing fancy and also it’s not ASMR at all
I was quite annoyed with the surrounding sounds at the place it wasn’t helping at all

But for 1800 L.E ?!
It’s quite overpriced for what you get in return
