Update: after my initial review, I was contacted by the manager and offered a new set for free. I was booked with Sarah and she did a phenomenal job. I left happy and eager to return back to her for my fill in 2 weeks. Overall excellent customer service.

I normally have a wonderful experience here but this past time, I needed to have a broken nail fixed and decided to have my color changed, because I had gotten a black matte color and several nails had started chipping after 4 days. When I went in, the sides of my nails were over-filed to the point that it went through my acrylic and down to my natural nail. I have sore spots on a few and my natural nails are torn. Pretty disappointed in this last visit. I’ve been trying to find a new regular salon since I moved to the area and I had high hopes for this one. Still debating if I’ll go back in two weeks for my normal fill. I’ve been to this salon for my four prior fills and the only issue I’ve experienced is my polish chipping from not drying completely after the first coat, which I’ve experienced at other salons as well.

Had to share my experience at Posh. Today I got my nails done by Sarah, who always does such a nice job. She’s gentle, pays attention to detail, takes her time, and she gives the BEST drool-worth arm/hand massage after she’s done doing your nails – I left feeling so relaxed! Everyone there is so welcoming from the moment you walk in. Needless to say, I’ll be a regular here 🙂

This salon is truly great! I came in seeking help to fix a nail set that another salon messed up, and they did an amazing job. The staff were knowledgeable and attentive, and my nails turned out perfect. I’m so grateful for their expertise and excellent service. Highly recommend this salon for any nail needs !!

I had a wonderful experience at Posh Nails when I decided to come in for a pedicure without an appointment. Despite not booking in advance, I was still able to get in. The wait was only about 15 minutes, during which time the management checked on me frequently to see if I needed anything. They even adjusted the water temperature to my liking. It was such attentive service that made me feel valued as a customer. Highly recommend Posh Nails for their exceptional care and service!
