This is the best place to get your nails done in Cairo. Do not hesitate for one second. The nail technicians are so talented, so nice, and they really make sure to create something close to what you ask for. My nails have never looked better in my life. I’m sad to say that for the first time I had a very bad experience here. The person who did my nails (gel, French Manicure) did them in a complete hurry and did not do a proper manicure (cuticle removal, lotions, etc.) even though I asked about it several times (she said she’d do it at the end because it’s best for gel, but she didn’t). The went to hard on my nails removing the previous gel. For some reason she kept filing the surface of my nails with a coarse file (not a buffer) until she made them paper thin (then commented on how thin my nails were?) this was very painful, especially when drying the polish under the UV light. It is still painful a day after the manicure. The french tips are so thick they look quite tacky, especially after she filed my nails so short. At the end, instead of completing the manicure as usual, she had another colleague give me a hans scrub which came at an additional charge. When paying I asked what happened and the cashier told me the manicure includes the cuticle removal. I explained that it did not happen, still was charged in full just for color. I’m not sure if I’ll ever return, though this has been the only place in Cairo I usually get my nails done since they opened a few years back.
