I went Friday morning. I got the acrylic full set gel which was $55 and the signature pedicure which was $45. My total should’ve been $100 which I was fine with. My nails ended up being $70 and my feet ended up being $60. My total ended up being $135. They charge for the polish you pick out. They charge for tips that go on your nails. They charge for the shape of the nails. They charge for every little thing. It’s not one set price. I got recommended to go here by my coworker. I will never be back. My feet look really good. My fingers they didn’t do the underside or the sides which is no big deal. The shape I got was almond. I hardly do almond because I just don’t like the look. The guy rushed me to pick out a shape. He rushed my nails. They look good but they could look better. I will never be returning. I’ll go back to my regular salons which is pearl nails by Walmart or solar nails by target.

I have come here time after time for about 7 months. I’m always having to come back for them to fix my nails/toes. After spending $280 on Sunday and my nails look like this on Monday is crazy. I work long hours so to even find the time during the week to get this fixed is not easy.

After coming back in hopes it will get better and they couldn’t even care to do much this time. I will not be back here.
They are way overpriced and their work is cheaply done.

Had I seen these reviews before going here, I would’ve never went. I had scheduled an appt for myself and 2 girlfriends about a month before so we could get our nails done for our friends wedding coming up. I called to confirm the appt the day of and they didn’t even have it. Red flag. When we got there, they weren’t busy at all. I can truly say this is the worst I have ever had my nails look after paying $50 for them and both my girlfriends had the same issue. I literally had to go home and file them myself and that was even after I asked him to correct a few. They didn’t push my cuticles back before doing them either so they’re going to grow out worse. They already looked slightly grown out before even leaving the salon. He never compared hands to make sure the lengths were the same – which they were visibly different and my girlfriend’s needed to be thinned down badly. I am attaching two pictures of TWO DAYS after I had them done where you can see the sides weren’t dipped deep enough then two pictures of one already broken only 5 days after. Then another where I noticed one was cracked. I’m leaving this review officially because one popped off today and it hasn’t even been two weeks since getting them done. I got a pedicure as well and it wasn’t near as bad as my nails, but it was nothing impressive for the price. The polish didn’t last near as long as anywhere else you could go either. SAVE YOUR MONEY! These people are making tons and shouldn’t even be in service.

After a bad experience elsewhere, they were understanding and did good! Clean and tidy experience, would recommend. I got white sparky square nails and was told elsewhere that it didn’t look good on my hands but people here did great on reassuring me that they looked good.

I go to Luxx if my normal salon is closed. The salon is beautiful, clean and they always gets me in and out fairly quickly. They have changed owners a couple of times, so the people change frequently. But if you don’t care to have the same person every time, it’s a nice place. I’ve never had a problem with any of the employees, but I have seen other customers having issues with the service they were provided. Prices seem to be a little on the higher end, but not enough to deter me from visiting.
