I set up 4 appointments for late morning today. As a courtesy I had to call and cancel one prior to our appointment and while on the phone, I asked the girl at the front desk if one of the nail techs would do acrylics on my daughter (since the last time we were there they refused). She said yes they will as long as the parents allow it. They took my mom almost right away but my daughter and I had to sit and wait 15 minutes. No big deal, they took us back and had us both sit in the pedi chairs for another 5 minutes before being helped. Once my daughter’s toes were done she proceeded to tell the nail tech what she wanted on her nails. They said they didn’t have time for a full set because they had appointments at 12. We also had appointments at 11 and they ran behind with us. So at this point as paying clients we were pushed aside and they refused to do the acrylic and would only do gel. They offered no apology or to come back another day and give a discount. The girl that I spoke with on the phone didn’t care and didn’t back me up with what she told me on the phone. So needless to say my daughter’s nails were never done even though we had appointments for it. I also had 2 different people doing my toes and my nails were incredibly rushed and the woman went from me to another client two times. On top of all of that, my daughter dried her toes the entire half hour I was getting my nails done and they were ruined within a half hour of leaving the salon. This was not the first time this had happened. Needless to say we will not be returning to this salon.

I went here for the first time from a recommendation from my coworker. I saw Lin. She did an incredible job. I was in and out in an hour for a manicure and pedicure, some people would complain about that but I’m honestly happy not to spend all day in a nail salon lol. Clean place, the pedicure was amazing and the hot stones were a nice touch. $75 for gel hands and regular toes is a great price. I added the my nails and the reference pic to show her great work.

The transition of moving from 1 county to another had me neglecting my manicures. At the advice of a friend I made an appointment to establish my nail care routine. Precise & quick.

This is the only nail salon I go to in the Lehigh Valley. They are always so nice and respectful. They do the most beautiful gel and acrylic manicures and wax eyebrows very well. Hana does gorgeous nail art and runs the salon very efficiently.

This salon is fantastic. They do a great job on my acrylics, which always last a long time. The pricing is fair and reasonable for the design work I get done each visit. I always see the gentleman up front of the salon named Sammy. I tried another salon that was highly rated and close to home and ended up coming right back here the next time because they were priced better and did a much better job. I recommend this salon to everyone.
