The lady doing my pedicure almost filed ALL THE WAY THRU my toenail removing my gel polish. It was very sensitive, I pointed it out and she laughed.
My nails (fingers and toes) look like they were done by a 3 year old. When it was time for my nails, I asked to have them soaked off since I have sensitive nail beds. They didn’t like that, so they took the drill and pointed my nails RIGHT AT ME and flung the soft pieces of acrylic all over me while removing my nails. Multiple times.
I asked for slightly shorter nails, and the tech told me my natural nail was long enough that I wouldn’t need an extension. I was surprised, but agreed to try it out. After he got the acrylic on the 2nd finger, I said I didn’t like it and it’s too short. He just kept working while I told multiple people THIS IS TOO SHORT I DONT LIKE IT. The other lady said “well it’s what you asked for” and I said I agreed to try it and I don’t like it! Well she said now it’s on my fingers and there’s no way to fix it. I asked how much it will cost ro re do them, and they refused! They just said that’s too bad! I have NEVER been treated so poorly!
Also everything was dirty. I’ll be surprised if I don’t get an infection where they cut my finger. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE these guys are EMPTY ALL THE TIME FOR A REASON
Almost filed THROUGH my toenail and then laughed about it. Made my nails so short that it looks ridiculous. Cut my finger. Refused to fix my nails when i offered to pay whatever it would cost! Just told me too bad. Never again. BEWARE!
