The first time I came here I had a male tech and he did very well, made me feel very comfortable and got to me as soon as I walked in. My second visit I was expecting the same and was very disappointed. I came in, they asked what I wanted and I sat for at least 10 minutes until someone else came and asked what I wanted. They then put me at a station and started soaking my nails off and left me there with no nail tech, no update or anything. I was sitting by myself, nails soaking off for about 20 minutes, so I finally asked someone walking by how long I’d be sitting. THEN finally a woman came and started. She didn’t talk much just got started, and went to start doing dip. I told her I wanted tips she stopped and added the tips. Then rushed through my set. I had to go back in after I left because one of the nails was bubbly. I got home and really looked and realized, they were super thick, uneven. I had to file a couple down just to get the right shape. Honestly, I could’ve done them myself because that’s how they looked. I still have pieces of my old color under my nail, how? I have no idea. Smh save your money and go somewhere else.

I’m a girls girl so I’m gonna let you guys in on a little secret …..ROSE is everything !! She is talented and actually listens to what her clients look for. She has a good balance between making sure that she gets your nails done, but still carries a good conversation. She truly wants you to be happy with your final product 💕 🎀💅

I don’t remember my nail techs name but I came in a week ago asking for something super simple. I wanted acrylics put on after bare nails for a year. I asked for a French tip with jewels on the middle finger and a cone shape french tip (pic below) rather than a rounded regular French tip. I tried to clarify this w my tech multiple times n he said don’t worry he got it for me so I trusted him n this was not what I wanted. I even showed him a picture. My gems have pooped off in a week, 2 of my nails have popped off in a week and the white nail art that was painted on top of acrylic is just awful. This is only one week later

This was my third visit to Riverside Nail Bar. Once again, I am highly satisfied with Don’s work. They provide such a welcoming atmosphere with great hospitality. Don is a very talented perfectionist, which is who you want doing your nails. I absolutely love this set. I walked in not really knowing how I wanted my nails but I trust him in making sure they’re always fabulous. 10/10 recommend. Super friendly people!

Staff is loud and obnoxious! Not a relaxing environment at all. I was there for 4 hours and was passed around from nail tech to nail tech. When checking out your 20% discount does not apply if you are using a debit card – also it’s only between the hours of 12-3. The time I got there was put into question as if I hadn’t just spent 4 hours there.
