This place is absolutely UNSANITARY, dirty & they have the floor falling apart & they have a rug covering it . All the Pedicure chairs are absolutely disgusting stains & dirty all over you can tell they never clean it . The chairs are just as bad . Also the service is terrible when I tell you RUDE I mean NASTY RUDE . As soon as I walked in they asked what needed to be done I said my sister needed her nails removed & she asked what was I doing I said nothing she laughed & said nothing ? Ha . Like if it’s a problem I’m not doing my nails using their services. THEY ALSO CHARGED ME 17 dollars to GET THE NAILS REMOVED . never in my life have I paid 17 dollars to take off nails on 8 fingers not even all of them & I had cut them down & removed most before taking her there . THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH NEEDS TO SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN 100%

I went there for the first time for a pedicure. The place was filthy and they were going to give me a pedicure using the same exact tools I watched the lady use on someone else just minutes before coming to me. When I asked if they could use clean tools on my feet I was met with attitude.

I was disappointed in US nails. The workspaces were not cleaned well. When I asked for a classic pedicure with french design on my toes, I was informed that my options were limited. They didn’t have the proper colors to do the French polish. What? This is the most classic, timeless nail design. One of the nail techs told me I should just get red polish because it will look better on me. I’m only giving them two stars because there was no wait, but after the poor service, I can see why.

First time going, the older man did my nails. Asked for an ombré (light pink and white) They gave me French tips; my nails are so thick and uneven they look like I have a fungus growing on my nails. There are bubbles in the paint or the actual acrylic…who knows! They are already lifting around the edges. Do not recommend!

I understand that customer service is “different ” now but, respect should not waiver. Especially when one is a paying patron in an establishment! This was my experience at the attached establishment in my home town (IYKYK). I urge anyone in the area to reconsider supporting this establishment….
Me to another customer-yes I understand I had to wait almost 30 minutes before someone helped me.
Salon manager- It’s not a big deal you should be patient…
Me- Excuse me?
Salon manager- If you don’t like it you can leave!
Me- I will! And you my dear need to learn how to treat people!
Salon manager-Don’t come back if you don’t like it.
Me- That is guaranteed! How much was the pedicure? Oh and by the way I am taking a picture of your establishment and telling everyone I know about your lack of couth!
Store manager-what?
Me – exactly!
Don’t allow ANYONE to rob you of your dignity!!!
