I won’t be back. Nails look great but the way i was treated, another story. I had an appointment at 12:30, got there on time and was sat down. Bella didn’t speak, acted like she was put out to have to do my nails, and was jerking my hands around. I almost said something but that’s just not me. Didn’t even check to see if the tips were gonna fit my nail shape, just slapped some glue on and hoped for the best. She got lucky but a few she ripped off and got another size. Didn’t hurt me but they always check the size before gluing. I guess she was too put out. Then, another customer came up and she greeted her and said “hey, how are you?” Meanwhile, still hasn’t said a word to me. Then when my nails were done she signed her ticket, put my hands in front of the fan and went to do a pedicure. Again, not a word. I got dip powder so usually when my nails are done i sit for a few minutes and then whoever did my nails comes back with a hot cloth and cleans the excess powder and oil off my nails. Nope, i sat there for 15 minutes, nobody said a word or came by. I kept thinking surely she’s gonna come back in a few minutes. Nope. I finally got up, grabbed my ticket, and went to pay. First time in my adult life i have never tipped. $63.00 for that treatment?..i’ll pass. Bad day or not, you don’t treat people like that.

While I appreciate the walk-in availability and quick service, it was “too quick.” I felt rushed. A spa pedicure should last more than 20 mins. The nail tech seemed unhappy and like he was working an assembly line trying to move me through. My dip nails were also done abnormally quickly. The personal touches and communication were lacking.
On the contrary, the young lady answering the phone, greeting customers, hosting the experience was by far the shining light. She had impeccable customer service.
Overall, not worth the $100 at all.

Why would you tell a customer not to drop the gel palate. I am not 10. I took 2 of the rings. Why would you be so rude to an adult. I should have dropped them. But needed the fill. Your person that did my fill
Was just as rude as you. The way he forced my hand almost like scolding me
That I wasn’t doing it right. You don’t belong down here you belong up with the Yankees. My coat was 55. I called later
She said 50. You all suck

My 2 teenage daughters came to get their nails done for the first time here and did not have a good experience. My oldest showed them what she wanted, and it looked horrible and was cut into the wrong shape. She spent $80 for a horrific job, but had to be at work so called the next day and requested for them to be fixed. The guy was rude and told her they would fix for $40. The day after that the paint started peeling off so needless to say she had them 3 days and took them off. They wont be back and I would not recommend this place to anyone especially kids that WILL be taken advantage of. You all should be ashamed!

Reply to message: Every bad review seems to have an excuse. If you say you will fix for half price, half price is $40. How would she know any different? She did not have time to have them fixed and she is still a kid so when asked do you like them, she isn’t going to want to hurt someones feelings by saying no especially if she thinks the girl is new. Regardless whats done is done and you have no intention on fixing it so this is the review that will remain. Instead of coming up with excuses, try fixing the problem to better serve your customers and your business.

I have been here a few times. Treated us as family we loved our nails. Then they started insisting we call ahead and make an appointment. So I did just that, called ahead made an appointment for a Sunday after Church with a certain person. Show up At said time. They didn’t honor the appointment at all and I had to wait. I was not a happy camper and have not and will not be back. Honor your word people .
