Just came here today to get a fill and a pedi. Over all the lady’s were so nice! But my nails have some fuzzys in them even after I told them but they wouldn’t fix it. My pedi is already lifting and I even got shellac and it’s only been a few hours. I spent way to much money to be this disappointed 😭

Cubana is absolutely the best. She did her thing baby and I’ll definitely see you again soon…. Thank you and Paul for the great time and positive atmosphere.

First time visit to the salon last night with my daughter. I made appointments for 615 since I wasn’t positive we could make it earlier and I would rather be early than late. We ended up making it almost a half hour early. There was one tech available so she took my daughter as I picked out a color. I sat in a chair once I found my color and waited for another tech to become available. No big deal, we were pretty early. The owner came in and saw me sitting in the chair and instantly became angry with the tech who made our appointment because I was sitting and waiting. He started yelling at her and putting her down. He threatened to fire her telling her “Today might be your last day here”. Even after we had both explained that I arrived early and that I had no issue waiting for a tech to finish, he continued to berate her in front of my 14 year old daughter, myself and other customers in the salon. The techs were absolutely amazing and we love our nails but we are hesitant to return because of the behavior of the owner. I applaud how the tech handled being scolded and I definitely cannot say I would have been nearly as calm as she had being scolded like that even privately let alone with customers present.

I love going here for my pedicures, they are nice and it’s pretty relaxed but when it comes to my acrylics I really need to learn my lesson and go to my regular lady. I’ve gotten 2 sets of acrylics from here so far and each time I’ve had to turn around and go to my lady to fix them. (GC is closer and more convenient which is why I stopped in to get them done) They don’t cover my real nails completely, uneven and bumpy and even the process is painful while being filed down and shaped. More painful then it should be. It’s such a bummer I am not happy with the acrylics there because it would be nice to have just one place to go for my nail needs.

The nail techs were incredibly friendly and kind. I enjoyed my time there and had lots of fun. However, the quality of my full acrylic set was not what I expected.

My fiancé and I were getting our engagement photos done on the day I went. Knowing I would be showing off my hands , I decided to get a set of acrylics. The nail tech kept looking away from my hands when she was using the grinding tool, and nicked my cuticles multiple times. I had asked for squoval shape (rounded square shape), but came out with almond on some fingers and coffin on others. I clipped them down when I got home, so they looked slightly more uniform. If I had more time, I would have had her fix them, but I made the mistake of waiting until the last minute – so, that’s on me. She had asked me multiple times throughout the service if everything was looking fine. I only had her fix one thing that was noticeably off, the rest I figured I would fix once I got home to be less noticeable in photos.

I had also gotten a pedicure, and that turned out lovely! The color still looks beautiful on both my fingernails and toenails. I would feel comfortable getting a pedicure from there again, and possibly the dip powder. I would not feel comfortable having a set of acrylics, out of concern for my cuticles.

To sum up, friendly staff, good quality nail color and many options to choose from, would return for other services aside from acrylics.
