This was my first and last time coming to Coco nail bar. The customer service was absolutely HORRIBLE!!! I was referred by a current customer and when I arrived was told to ask for “Cindy.” Cindy was with a customer which was fine. Therefore, they asked another tech to begin working on my Pedicure. Once Cindy finished her customer, she began complaining about me asking for her. The techs all started talking in their native language and laughing. I was watching Cindy’s body language, as she was throwing items down at her nail station. A male nail tech motioned to Cindy pointing to his nails. At this point, I felt really uncomfortable. Another nail tech approached me and said I need to take off your current polish. I asked the tech was there a problem? She said no, but she continued to speak in her native language and the laughter continued. Cindy approached me and said I will do your nails. I was already done! I just wanted to pay for what services I had received and go. That’s what I did. The tech that did my pedicure was nice, but Cindy’s attitude was terrible, and they allowed me to walk out with my nails looking like this. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I will not ever be returning!

Loved the service! Was greeted and asked to sign in, used cash so got double the points. The best part was actually getting what I asked for! Cindy was so nice gave great conversation, and was able to mimic the colors of my design without me having to look for them! 10/10 recommend ! What I asked for vs. what I got! ❤️

The best!! I drive an hour (one way) to get my mani pedis here. The staff are extremely nice and provide amazing service. Plus the salon is very clean with up to date furniture and equipment.

Love my nails. Had Cindy do my nails and eyebrows. I don’t like getting my nails done and I come once every 3 to 6 months for the past 5 years to get them done. Nails done perfectly, eyebrows done perfectly. Cindy has a great attitude, always happy to help. They have water, soda, and wine. Yeah you might have to wait while she cleans up from the last person but I don’t mind at all. If you are nice to people they will be nice to you, especially service workers. If you go somewhere to get service be nice to the workers.

Worse fill in ever. Thick acrylic was not smooth down and is raised high from the nail bed. They refused to fix it. Don’t waste your time or money here
