(Long review ⚠️😁)My first visit and I’m very pleased. I arrived at 430 cuz online said they close at 6pm but actually they closed at 5pm. Very friendly and prompt, took me in right a way. I explained I only wanted gel polish w/no drill on my natural nails. Tech assured me the quality of my natural nail would not be damaged w/the drill.

A lady started me a nice guy finished me up and was very gentle w/the drill , low speed and explained to me while doing my nails y they use the drill to help remove the gel polish… to avoid removing a top layer of my natural nail they apply very lil pressure in which they did exactly what they said and my natural nail was still nice and firm when gel was removed from previous shop and I had no burning sensations when new gel was applied. Thank you Jesus!
I very pleased w/the kindness and the understanding of my concerns w/the care of my natural nails underneath. I don’t have a permanent shop yet (been hopping around to find one which I hate doing)cuz I’m new to high point area but just off this experience with golden nails today I may make this my permanent nail shop.
They did an excellent polish job w/my special request polish job. Patient and attentive… Thank you!

I have been going here for a couple of years and never received any bad service with any of the employees that work here but I see Bryan often when I do go he is very good and doesn’t mind when I want to try something new and has good recommendations when I’m indecisive. Trust, they will never disappoint!

If you live in High Point or surrounding area and are not getting your nails done at Golden Nail Bar, what are you doing?!? They are so professional, efficient with time and Cindy is the best! I never have to worry about poor service or quality of work when I walk in there!

I absolutely am in love with my nails! Trina did mine, & was an actual perfectionist!!!! I asked for some pretty crazy designs & she did exactly like I wanted! I am in love with them!

During my pedicure she ran cold water, instead of warm water, then gave me a 1st degree burn on my leg! I told her it was too hot and she said it will cool off. Then when she removed the towel from my leg and it was still hurting, she said oh I sorry. The lady then did my nails and did not bothered to ask what shape I wanted. Everything seemed overly rush, rush. I won’t be back.
