First of all they deserve a 0 star . This is the second time since last year that I have bought a trimmer blade that is fake and does not work at all. I think this store resells returned or used items to next customers. When I called them, they said “we can’t return or exchange it and it’s not part of our policy”. My question is, why should barbers like me pay $43 for a fake supply ? How can a store sell fake equipment and not be responsible for it? I could buy this trimmer’s blade for $25 from Amazon. I suggest you to be careful and try their tools in that place and in front of them because if there is an issue it cannot be return after you bought it. Never recommend this place and never go back.

Placed Order #52035 on (May 27, 2024), and the order was cancelled because of the “system”. Although, I suspect that the company was not particularly happy about the Memorial Day Coupon I used. So, It makes sense to cancel an order instead of taking the hit on the price. They also request a photo of your ID and Credit card which is suspicious. I contacted the seller to get another order going but they refused to honor the coupon I used. Very disappointed in a company that states to be “AUTHORIZED BARBER & BEAUTY SUPPLY DISTRIBUTOR SINCE 1942”. Also, they blocked me from their social media; scam.

I’ve been buying clippers, shavers, trimmers and shears…. Over the few year. Come to realize everything is final sale. I had an issue with shears I purchased 3 weeks ago, when I called to exchange or return, unfortunately they don’t except those issues. I have to reach out to the company of the brand I purchased. It’s hassle , not knowing I can’t exchanged products. I’ll not use this company again/

I really like going here to get all my supplies I need for work and even for myself. They have really good deals always the best deals. I look on the website then go in to find even more deals. I never leave here not buying something. The staff a nice and helpful.

Order some items to see how fast will they ship it to me. One of my order was out of stock, within couple of minutes I received a call from them telling me the item i ordered was out of stock. They refunded me and sent me my other order. All in all costumer assistance is 5stars.
Shipping is great as soon as i ordered they shipped it the same day. I received my order 2days after i put in my order and for that ill hive them 5stars.
Quality and price of the items i ordered was great! and they are one of the cheapest compare to any other competitors and for that, i give them 5stars.
I would definitely share and spread a great company like this to everyone.
