I usually go for a pedicure.. This was my first time doing my nails here. Kelly did them. I do overlay on my natural nails (no tips) because I like to keep them at a length I can maintain for everyday life. She was a bit rough on cuticles but overall, job well done.

I’ve been coming here for 10 plus years back when it was owned by Kelly, then Lou, then Tony and now what a disgrace.
There is no staff, appointments mean nothing, and it’s dirty. I watched the girl fish the metal file from underneath the pedicure chair on the floor. Without sanitizing it, she put it on the chair next to her to use it on me. When I politely questioned her, she huffed off and retrieved a brand new one from the back. I can’t imagine what other unsanitary tools they use if she was ok using that on me.
She rushed through my pedicure because she was by herself because her coworkers “didn’t show up yet”, cut two of my cuticles, and my 8 year old could have polished my toes better. I had her remove the polish and left without a complete service. She then charged me full price! If I could give less than one star I would, I will never return!

Went in for a refill and walked out upset. I came for a blue french tip and they gave me blue nails with a white french tip, i did say something while she was on the second nail and she said yes she’s doing french. i thought to myself maybe she knows a different technique. NO i was wrong she didn’t. I was in a rush for work the refill took 3 hours. I paid 75 dollars and they refuse to give me a refund. It seems like they had their daughter do a practice run on my nails. as soon as i left i bit them all off and im so upset because my birthday is this weekend, i looked forward to my bday nails. I also showed them a reference of what i wanted. this place is overpriced and sucks!!!!
Responding to your response: When asking for a refund you were nasty and rude. There was no resolving it. You said there was nothing you can do liar. And you were most certainly present Tony.

Used to get my nails done at this place all the time but stopped for 2 years. Today went on the website to make an appointment and noticed a lot of bad reviews and saw that the new owner is Tony. I called them to see if Lou the previous owner still there and the lady on the phone said “no Lou is not here long time, you want Lou, you can go to GA, ok?” I think that’s a very rude and unprofessional approach. With this type of customer service I doubt you will get customers.

What a gem of a salon! Everyone is so sweet and caring. Tony gave me the very best service ever. Next level care and technique. People worry about the language issue.. but there’s the sweetest girl at the desk fluent in English that solves any lapse in communication. I promise you, you will love the results. Here’s a photo… are these the prettiest feet or what? Please give these wonderful people a try… I will never go anywhere else.
