I haven’t had my nails done in a long time. I used to go to Ann’s when it was the popular spot for nails & pedicures. I decided go there to treat myself to a full set and pedicure before my vacation. I asked for the simple pedicure and full set using the polish that I selected. I was pressured the whole time that I was there to get the gel, get the gel nails, you want gel, it will last longer, etc. Even after the tech finished my nails, she still felt the need to tell me I should’ve gotten the gel…why you not listen to me? They tried to make me feel bad for wanting what I asked for. Spent 3 hours listening to this mess and I must say that I am very dissatisfied with the service I received from Ann and her nail techs. I will not return to this salon. They could not even put a simple flower design on my toes. The lady had to call a man over to help and he couldn’t do it either….just a line design was all he could do. The nails look okay from a distance but if you look closely you can see the nails are not all smooth and the polish was not neat.

This was my first time visiting Anns nail salon my Gel polish chipped after 2 days , this is sloppy nail art i couldn’t get it fixed immediately because I had a flight to catch , having a hard time getting in contact with management . The phone receptionist was not very helpful at all I walked out spending 135 not including a tip . Very unsatisfied customer.

Went to get a manicure and pedicure this past weekend with my mom and sister. Our pedicures took about 20-25 minutes when they were supposed to be 45. The man who did my sister’s toes was extremely rude and did a sloppy job. The lady who did my pedicure did not even rub my feet. She just massaged my legs for a few minutes. Worst pedicure.
The man who did my manicure was horrible. He clipped my skin several times while cutting my cuticles. Filed my nails so short and crooked. Because of the angle he was holding the file he was filing my skin more than the nail. I asked for gel and it was all over my skin and he didn’t wipe it off before I placed my nails under the lamp.
The salon was a fifthly mess. The equipment he was using looked used and dirty. None of the stations were wiped down.
One lady behind said as she was leaving “$105 dollars for this? I will not be back” The lady did not apologize or even offer to fix her nails. One of the most expensive places in town and sounds like most people there were unhappy.
At the end, while I was paying the man who did my manicure stood over my shoulder and kept following me until I tipped. I was not going to not tip, but I wanted to get my sister’s opinion on how much I should tip since I was unhappy with the service. He made me very uncomfortable.
All in all, it was a very bad experience and unless they make a change I will not be back.
