The lady was nice enough but I was there to get a pedicure and that was just not up to par. I will be attempting to correct the pedi myself tomorrow before leaving for vacation. The nails look like I let a child do them. I left there pretty upset after spending 2 hours there. She kept leaving me sitting in the pedi chair while she did not 1 but 2 manicures. I showed her a marble design, that of which she was not capable of doing so I ended up leaving with just white on my toes, definitely not what I wanted. But had other things to do and wasn’t willing to give her more of my time to attempt what I wanted for a 3rd time. I will never be back and would never recommend this place to anyone unless I just didn’t like them.

Got my eyebrows waxed today by someone new after finding out Jessie no longer works there. The lady who did my eyebrows did not clean them with alcohol before waxing. She held the wax directly over my face to blow on it to cool it off. Neither of us wore masks. She also did not clean the extra wax off my face when she was done. Horrible service, she got no tip!

My girl’s toes were bleeding. Her toe polish looks like kindergarteners had art class, and they buffed her foot so bad it left a scab and it hurts to the touch. I thought it was suppose to be a relaxing experience, it looks she was in a boxing match with Mike Tyson.

Jessi was lovely. Helped me find the right polish. I had bad cuticles and she was very gentle in the approach to get that nail done.

I was hesitant at first because their ratings were not desirable but I was pleasantly surprised. The gentleman who did my nails was very thorough and efficient and did an excellent job. The receptionist was very friendly and spent time to chat with me and the other customers. I will be going back for sure.
