I’m very disappointed with the team there now. I used to really enjoy Nails 2, but I’m no longer interested in returning. 1st person wanted to and attempted to do a “fill in” on a dip manicure, um, nope! Pedicure with a trainee who gave a great leg massage but failed to do an actual pedicure, um nope! 3rd person tried to rescue the manicure but to no avail. 2 hours later, I left a hundred $ lighter and disappointed. But hey, I got two cards stamped for something. Sadly, I won’t be back.

I was in a pinch, on vacation and thought I would try this place while in Houghton Lake. The way they did the removal of the shellac with a drill destroyed my nails and made them paper thin. He barely removed any cuticle around my nails on my hands or feet and was in a super rush to get me out the door. A few of my nails are filed on an angle. It is going to take a long time for my nails to get back to being healthy again. SUPER disappointed 🙁

First time here. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. It was very busy with a lot of people, so I thought it would be a long wait. It was within 6 min I was at a table getting my fill done, and my daughter waited maybe 5 mins longer.
The gentlemen I had was EXTREMELY gentle and VERY EFFICIENT at doing my nails. I was very impressed. They almost look real. Price is very affordable and the staff very friendly. Definitely will be going back.

Newest review- 6/6/23 this was my 3rd time here. John, the technician who did my nails the last 2 times, is gone on vacation so 2 other guys did my nails. I don’t like it when you go in and u have multiple people working on your nails. I thought they were doing a good job, till the end when I noticed flaws. I’m new at getting nails so I didn’t know you should request light pink when getting tips done. John must have automatically done this for me when I got French rips my 1st time. You would think they would suggest this. It covers everything. I didn’t notice Tilly he end, and it was too late. I paid and left. When getting in my car I’m more sun light, I noticed all the other flaws. Holy cow! You can still see the old black polish on areas, and sparkle polish on a few nails. Can’t tell me the tech didn’t see this as he has a light right over them. Lazy work! Unfortunately, I won’t be returning until John comes back. The lady who speaks clear English seems like she knows her stuff. But, I always see her doing pedicures. Oh and I forgot to mention, I was charged $35 for my fill, and last time John charged me only $25 yet I got more polish that time, so pricing seems off to me. I give this visit a 2 star review. Y? Shape of nails is perfect on each nail, tips are shaped just right, and tech did take his time.
My nails look AMAZING! Haven’t had my nails done in years, and so glad I chose to come here to have them done. Staff was friendly, salon was clean, and they made sure I was happy with my nails. My daughter got a pedicure as well, and she said her feet have never felt better. Will definitely return!
Just went back for the second time. Another great experience:) got the black with grey sparkles this time. I also got the sea salt pedicure. Me feet feel so much better!

i came in at 1:20 and left at 4… they told me a 20 min wait and i waited almost an hour and a half and when i got seated they rushed and my nails look HORRIBLE! i paid $65 just to have to get them redone again.
