They re did a manicure I wasn’t completely satisfied with a day after the service. They were very diligent and made sure I left with the exact nails I asked for! Phenomenal customer service and very sweet nail techs! 🙂

They were so accommodating and nice. My issue is with the quality. I have 6 places on my fingers where my skin was nicked and is now scabbed. Additionally, the paint job on my toes isn’t great. I probably wouldn’t go back unless in a bind.

I went in to get my acrylic nails removed. After they had been removed, my own nails were in the process of getting reshaped and trimmed. While my thumb nail got trimmed, my skin got caught and cut by the nail clipper, which caused my finger to bleed. I had asked to wash my hands and got told to wait until the rest of my nails were finished. It seemed highly unsanitary to not cleanse my finger, and I was very displeased.

they were nice but she was rushing to do my nails to do another person’s even though i made an appointment and my nails are crooked and she didn’t even do my cuticles so my nails look grown out which i got my nails done sunday and today is monday. my nails are also lifting already. im very disappointed

I was excited to bring in my daughter to get her nails done with me. I was surprised to find out they charge $40 for a basic pedicure and manicure for a 4yr old. The reason I am writing this review is because her manicure and pedicure didn’t even last a single day. Seems pretty unfair to charge a 4yr old that much. I will not be returning again.
