I went in with family to do 4 mani-pedis among us all, 3 of us doing shellac on toes and acrylic on fingers and one doing plain mani-pedi no color. The folks doing the actual nail services were very nice and the front desk person (Rachel, I think?) was very nice as well. It’s a large store and there were quite a few techs so despite being before 11:00 AM they were still quite busy. They were able to get the pedis out of the way right away and they were done very well. The manis took quite a while longer as there were more pedi techs than mani techs at this time. Everyone was seen to eventually. The nails looked really good despite being a rush job — unfortunately, my acrylics are lifting already despite only being done a week ago and I can only blame this on the techs. I wasn’t asked to wash my hands after the nail beds were files before putting the tips and acrylic on so I know the glue and acrylic didn’t bond very well. I also thought it was strange that they didn’t clip my nails, cut cuticles, or do anything else manicure like to my bare nails. I was generally okay with that until they used the drill to shape the nail after they glued the tips down and had placed the acrylic which means they shaved down my actual nails as well.. I would have preferred them to just clip my real nails and get them all in a nice shape beforehand, honestly. I think they’ll all look a little strange now when I get the acrylics off. Overall, I think if you have time to wait as a walk-in or you make an appointment then you’ll be satisfied. I think there was a lot of oversight in my and my family’s service because they were rushing and worrying about giving us bad service because of the wait (despite us saying it was okay many times). I probably would have gone back to get a tip removal and see if the regular, non-acrylics manis are any better, but I don’t actually live in Hobbs and was only visiting over the holiday. I would say to pay attention when getting acrylics done here and make sure to ask if things aren’t going how you’re used to methods wise. ** The photos I’ve uploaded are the final product (which I do think are very nice and have a gorgeous almond shape like I asked for), one where you can see the lifting of the acrylic that started happening a few days after getting them done, and the last shows the underside of some nails showing the buildup of nail dust that wasn’t properly cleaned off and trapped between my natural nail and the acrylic and likely is causing the lifting.

Went in to get my nails done for my photo shoot , took two hours to do my nails just for them to not even be fully cured when I left they smudged right away. was freezing the entire time & one of the nail techs made a comment about my best friend size. Will not be going back.

I really enjoy going to Classy Nails!! I’ve been going there for years now and I won’t go anywhere else! Everyone is so nice, they take their time when doing your nails! And they always double check when they finish to ensure you really like them! Thank you Classy Nails for always doing such a wonderful job!

Professional, super sterile, friendly. The massage pedicure chairs are amazing. Very skilled staff. They pamper me and make me feel important.

I went for a manicure with tips and facial waxing, had to go back and fix my eyebrows and I love my nail tech but she was a little more than off.

****Update***** Went today for my eyebrows and a shellac manicure, well she just burned my skin and left most of the hair on my face, my manicure was ok 😒 and the shellac was worse, I ask for 3 black dots and they are crooked and so are the lines on the other two. I guess it’s par for the course here in Hobbs
