had a very disappointing experience at luxury nail salon. I was scammed. me and my sister got a pedicure each where $35 and that was posted on the wall and we got the basic.and we went to pay and she charged us $105. When we noticed we went back in and she said it was $45 but that math is not right and we told her that and she said no. They scammed us.
Overall, I feel cheated and disrespected by the entire experience. I would strongly advise others to avoid this salon to prevent a similar experience.

Never again. I’ve come here two different times, hoping that the first time was just a fluke, but both times have been a disaster. I got my nails done before we went on a vacation and within the first 4 days of the vacation. Huge chunks of my gel manicure were peeling off. The second time I got them done and within the third day a big chunk chipped off. I went back and asked them to fix it because I was still in town, and they they were very rude and couldn’t be bothered to help me find the same color. Put on a color that was totally different, and then told me it was my fault for not taking a picture of the color when I had them done. Well I don’t expect to have to come back in 3 days and have the color replaced! They could not have been less helpful and they did a terrible job. Go to Paradise if you want good gel nails that last for weeks.

Luxury nail salon scammed me and my sister on our pedicures. We got 2 basic pedicures and were charged $105. The board in the store says $35 for a basic pedicure. When we asked them about the price difference, they told us it was $45 not $35 for the service. Even then it would cost $90, not $105. DONT GO HERE!!! THEY WILL SCAM YOU. Employees that did our nails were nice though.

Nancy always does a fantastic job on my nails! Many times when I get acrylic nails done elsewhere they fall off. I have only had some fall off once in 3 years and that was probably due to repeated use of a tile saw. Nancy is fast too! I got a full set tonight in about 30-40 minutes with designs. I would recommend Luxury Nails to anyone!

The lady nicked my fingers 2 times and made me bleed and just said “whoops” then sanded my real nail down so much where it was bleeding under the nail. Never took anything off the price to make it right. She was too busy chatting with new customers or answering the phone.
