I had a beautiful experience. My hands and feet are looking pretty, I feel relaxed and taken care of. The chairs at the Pedicuee station give you an awesome massage! I’m coming back asap. Thank you Phuong for your time and good vibes!

This place use to be my favourite but after having had bad experiences for the last few times especially with the same woman. (She was not the one to treat me this time but there is no escaping her bad energy) I won’t be back and I will also tell all my friends to avoid this place.

➡️ What went wrong this time?
– The massage chairs were not offered (this is why i chose this place in the beginning).
– My nails are thick even after I asked her not to make them thick.
– The colour is see through and the stickers are put on skew and not the design i wanted.
– The women’s hurt me with the electrical file more than once.
– The lady who did my nails was super kind though and had good energy although I could see she is in a rush.

To the young women with the long black hair that works there. The last 3 times Ive been there you have been nothing but impatient, condescending and blatantly rude! Not just with me but with the other patrons too. When I tried paying this time the woman stopped responding mid conversation and after i asked her again she responded. “Yes but you have to wait don’t you think… ” I WAS FURIOUS!!! You lack basic manners this goes beyond being unprofessional. It felt like I was doing her a favour trying to pay.

Previous times I had my nails done by some of the men working there and I was very happy with the results. Having your nails done is a luxury and should be a relaxing experience. Unfortunately lately it’s the opposite. I left feeling furious and disappointed with my 90euro nails zero stars. 👎

Good nails but did not do the exact design i wanted and wait took forever even though J had an appointment, was waiting for at least 30 min.

Amazing service, they are super nice and correct and they work profesionally. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Literally just left and am actually crying as my nails look awful. I had tips and you cant even see them from the back. They’re square even though I said 4 times to make them round. I couldn’t keep saying it as she just kept filing shorter. And I paid 37 euros to cry. Brilliant.

Update: 3 hours later one of the nails is peeling off… even better
