Removed my acrylic nails there. They cut my real nails super short and cut my thumb opened. Nails not completely removed. Asked them to redo and all I heard was blah blah blah. Just trashy service and attitude from the cashier lady.
If you don’t speak german, you don’t have to go there because they won’t understand you

The list of disappointments is endless, very rushed and poor quality of work. Do NOT recommend and will NOT be returning!
I requested a simple manicure (see photo), my fingers are so filed down they feel raw and painful… the outcome is simply laughable.

I don’t speak German but this gentleman who received my call and Hoang, the lady who did my nails tried their best to communicate. I made an appointment for 18:00 like an hour before and when I got there I still had to wait about 30 minutes. But Hoang did my nails super fast and even did them very thoroughly and super pretty.
Extensions + glitters + gel were all together 40 euros.

It was Saturday and super busy. So even if you make an appointment you might have to wait for at least 20 minutes.

I went for shellac removal only – it was done very quickly and carelessly with a machine. The surface of the nail is now uneven, thin and brittle. My nails were strong and healthy before. Would not go here again… it will take months to get strong nails again.

Very solid nail salon I have visited for years. Clean salon, Competitive prices, always have new and trend colours in. I always try to go in the mornings or afternoons and I’m seen immediately and finished quickly. Only once left unhappy when I went too close to closing on a busy Saturday and was rushed. I have basic German and get by fine, maybe no German would be difficult. I’ve gotten pedicures which were just fine but specifically choose here for gel nails.
