I did not have an appointment, which I understand, but I was told to sit for a “short wait”. 30 minutes in I asked how much longer till someone did my nails, and they said “he is almost done” about another technician. 30 minutes after that he was still not done and I was still waiting. I said this is not ok, how is a “short wait” an hour. They said “oh look hes done now” as he was literally still painting someones nails. There’s no excuse for this. If they had no time for me in between other appointments, they should have just said so. There’s no excuse to make someone wait an hour when they said it would be a short wait. I will never go back.
After I was asked if I liked them, and I responded that they were way too huge and not what I asked for, the technician just showed me the way to the cashier and jumped to her next appointment. I could not walk around with the result, ended home cutting my lashes with scissors. Never again.
