Here from out of town for work. Made appointment & was promptly attended. Went in for a nail repair & fill in & they did exactly as I asked for! My nails came out beautiful! Will be coming back here anytime I visit Berlin.

As I was accused of lying in my Treatwell review and I don’t have an option of responding there, let me give you the whole story here.

I have booked a pedicure appointment through Treatwell. There time estimate was 30 min for basic pedicure. As I wanted a nail polish cover I was of corse ready to pay extra in the saloon and realized it will generally take somewhat longer. I didn’t quite expect that the whole procedure will then take 1h10. Employees were friendly, saloon clean, but chemical smell very intense. Once finally done I got up to take on my shoes and when I went to the bathroom I saw that my big toenail polish was already smeared by my shoe. (No, I didn’t slam my foot into anything, it happened when taking on shoes)
I got very upset, I had no more time to stay to redo that as I had to rush to pick up my elder child from the kindergarten. (1h10 the procedure took, I remind) And with my almost 9 months pregnant belly I wouldn’t be able to do it on my own. I can’t bend like that anymore. Plus hormones added to my emotionality. So I left angry, upset and in tears.
In the second half of the day I noticed how my feet started burning. I was already wondering how much of horn skin was removed, and there I felt it – too much. Feet were damaged. They hurt and burn still, which is more than just uncomfortable.

On Treatwell I wrote that I wouldn’t recommend pedicure there as too much horn skin was removed and that my feet really hurt. Saloon accused me of lying, as they thought I was just upset about spoiled nail polish and decided to revenge like that or sth. Well no, that’s too petty. I wouldn’t even complain about the nail polish, cause stuff happens, and I do believe that guys would have been ready to correct it. I just had no time left whatsoever and realizing that I felt mad and frustrated. But the fact that my feet are damaged, made me write the review next morning after the procedure to sincerely recommend people to search for pedicure services elsewhere.

Appointment was quick to take, and the pedicure was flawless! Will definitely come back.

Ps happy birthday on 1 year of 1999!

My husband and I got manicures here today. He got a French manicure w/ regular polish and I got a gel powder manicure.

The technician who did my nails could not do the design I initially asked for, but did try several times to get it right, but it became clear it wasn’t going to work so we compromised and came up with a new design that I am very happy with. As they could not give me the design I initially asked for, they discounted my bill a bit which I felt was more than fair.

We are both pleased with our nails. The nail technicians worked hard to give us what we wanted. I recommend this nail salon.

Since being in Berlin I have been going to the Nails 1999 lashes Kronenstraße 66, Berlin. I must say I am very satisfied each time. The customer service is great and they respect time and you desire nail design. 10/10 would recommend to a friend!
