This Ross is terrible I don’t even know why they open the store. They never have anything good ever the clothing racks are always bear you can’t even find a decent t shirt your size they are always out of stock every single time you go there. Waste of gas, time, and money they need to close this one down.

I don’t like the way it’s always dirty. Clothes all over the floor hangers everywhere. The service is bad too. The ladies are always in a bad mood when I ask for help with something they are very moody mean rude. I understand I mean they are understaffed and overworked. But should not be treating their customers this way.

Very rude Hispanic female manager wearing a green shirt with black pants. My family and I went in on Friday June 21st at around 10:00. Not friendly at all, the cashiers were really nice but she just had a very rude attitude. I hope corporate really sees these reviews and thinks about who they put as managers. If you don’t like your job go somewhere else.

It’s unfortunate the lady in the dressing room the night of 2/28 stated you couldn’t try on undergarments… odd, ok. My cashier tonight stated that was incorrext after trying to return two. I bought two swimsuits 2/28. Take them home, needed to return both. First one never had a price tag so they just priced it at 9.99, second one somehow lost its tag while in my possession for two days. Cashier told me they couldn’t return the second suit. So they could return the one they priced, that didn’t have a tag originally but not the one I apparently lost? Both items still had brand tags on and panty liner. This place sucks.
