Why the 4 star?
My biggest turn off to a business is the inconsistency in pricing. I was excited about my nails. Not one time in initial nail booking was it stated $15 for chrome “upgrade”. Upon return for my fill- (again chrome)- $60. I questioned. If I’m paying $75 for a full set how is a fill $60? Helen stated $55 for set +$15 (chrome)= $ 70.
1- was I over charged in initial?
Maybe it seems nominal for $5 & $15 but a trust to return and understand what I’m being charged for 100% makes me question returned business.
