I will never step foot in this salon ever again. I walked in wanting a gel X manicure, and I left with nails looking crooked and uneven sizing. I did not realize getting your acrylic nails removed would cost $125 that just alone. Usually when getting gel X removed from your nails you have the alcohol on a cotton pad and wrap your finger with tinfoil, but my nail tech walked to me with a bowl of water and a bag with alcohol remover, and I set my hands in there for a good eight minutes, my hands were never touched by water they did not remove or clean off my hands with water and they do not use use a grinder for removing my cuticles. They used a electric tool, the same one they use to remove the gel off your nails, and the lady did not put a lot of glue on my fake nails it is already starting to feel loose on two of my fingers and it hasn’t been a day yet. I came home to realize that a couple of my nails are crooked and on the same finger there’s a piece of skin hanging from my finger which would have been gone if they used a grinder to move the skin. My step mom came with me and she had a very similar experience where she can see her real nail on the side of her thumb. The pricing was absolutely insanity. We’re just removing our old nail. It cost $132 each then with design it’s $30 and some other random things cost $80. We even tipped our ladies $30 each and we really should’ve not. Please save yourself money and never go to this place.

Pure did my nails, and Yvonne handled my cracked, gnarly feet. I brought my own polishes. Fabulous job. Both are just lovely! Will be back!

My friend and I went to get mani/pedis. When we sat down the technicians switched 3 times, arguing in front of us about who “goes first.” Really made us uncomfortable. When we paid they charged my friend $20 to remove gel polish, even though she got another manicure. Too expensive and we will not come back.

The cleanest and best nail salon ever! I’ve been going to Bellacures since they first opened their location in my area! I definitely enjoy the one time use packets they open for each customer! It is definitely pricier than other salons but I can definitely see why!

Whole experience was meh for the cost. Nails are fine, nothing I couldn’t get somewhere cheaper and probably with more pleasant staff. Technicians didn’t really talk to me or even acknowledge me… I got asked if I wanted callouses done, basically as one word “callous?” and I was like sure? Only to find out that was an up charge. I felt sort of taken advantage of there, perhaps my bad for not knowing it wasn’t included. The front desk girl understood when I explained it to her, so I appreciate that, but still a yucky feeling as I know someone else might not have spoken up. The whole experience was just not relaxing or anything I think of when getting my nails done lol. I came because I had a gift card, won’t be back.
