By far the WORST pedicure I’ve ever had❗I’d give zero stars if possible. The lady appeared bothered by my existence. I physically cannot do my own nails & she didn’t cut them short enough. I asked if she could cut them as short as they can be cut & she cut both big toe nails again & that’s all❗ I asked politely & she got an attitude. That night when I rolled over in bed, I heard my top sheet tear & my toe nail hurt❗Most of my toenails were SHARP!!! I was in this building for 24 minutes, start to finish. The water was cool, attitude of employee was ridiculous & toenails look & feel terrible 😑 The only reason I paid was so not to be posted online as a criminal that walked out without paying❗ I HAD been coming here for 7 years but NO MORE after this visit today❗Wasted time & money!
The lady was scary rough with my handicapped ♿ body, so please don’t take anyone who is handicapped or frail to this sorry business. I’m still in shock that this visit was so bad.

My first experience was not a good one. I wanted a pedicure with acrylic layer over on my big toes only He took a total of maybe 15 min!! Yes 15 minutes to do a WHOLE pedicure!! checked in @1:45 left @2:15 and that was with a mani & pedi 🤨. Did not get the ingrown toenails out of any of my toes, or dry skin off of toes or Cuticles on any toes, the water was cold, didn’t exfoliate my legs before the lotion, no Messaging feet or legs. Used one (1) towel and just thew it over both my legs including my toes, burning my toes !!! I was in shocked so I pushed it the towel off on the floor and he tried to picked it back and put it on my legs again !! So I Politely said um no thank you sir !!! Put it on the floor myself It Was a very horrible experience. So the lady that was doing my mani as he was doing my pedi ,I ask her if she could take over and finish doing my toes., and they talked back-and-forth in their language and look as if they were aggravated. She sat down and ask me what was hurting or what was wrong ?? and I told her. Could she please redo my toes? Because they looked as if nithing was done t9 then at all. Look like all I had is basically a cold foot soak. She took maybe 5 minutes to do whatever she did but it wasn’t sufficient at all.. She got toenail Polish all over my toes. I had to ask several several times for her to get the Polish off of my toes. She says to me (oh thats easy you can do this at home) . 😳 Then put oil all over my feet. Like a gallon of it After that, she said ok your done (At this point i’m thinking ok Im ok some sort of bloopers where the camera 👀).. I laughed out loud and ask for a wash cloth .. She ask why . I SAID TO REMOVE THE GALLON OF OIL SO I DON’T WANT TO RUIN MY SHOES !! She gave me the cloth, got up, and walked away. It was just a bad experience. The pedicure was terrible manicure on the other hand was okay, I would give this place -5 For thier lack of Professionalism and pleasing cutomers. Owning or having buisness you have to have some sort of people skills, they have none. The man did not excuse himself, say can I fix this ma’am, I’m sorry, let me help , nothing….. just got up & walked away. SAME AS YOUNG LADY when she was done with my oil bath on my feet and said your done.She also got up, & walked away ,Left me waiting about 2 min just standing. RMEMEBER 1ST time ever being in this place of buisness. Finally she went to register and said $78.00 and gave her 80.00. and even told her to keep the change. (WHICH I SHOULD’NT HAVE) She gave me a receipt and walked away…….😵‍💫 . No, have a nice day, thank you for coming in, please come back, not a buisness card notta ! I wouldn’t come back here ever! I had my nails and toes done with gel polish for my bday. Then I came back to have my nails done again. The lady was rushing or something scratched my natural nails really bad and I had asked her to polish them she said it’s ok. Then jammed a tool on one of my fingers then I cussed since it hurt. Then continued to hurt for a couple days. I noticed a bubble effect then my gel polish was cracking never had gel polish crack ever! I was out of town so I couldn’t have them correct it. But eventually they ended up cracking in many places. Never again.

This place is awful at nails. The lady doing my nails nicked me several times, filed half of my nails down on the sides, and my nails are going upwards. They’re too short and look stubby on my hands. I am so displeased and they didn’t even wait to let me see my nails throughout the process to let me give my opinion. My fingers are sore and it’s supposed to be a relaxing experience getting your nails done. I’m so scared that if I hit something with my nails that my whole nail will pop off. I’m debating going back and demanding a refund. I should not be this unhappy with my nails. The only positive thing I would say about this experience is that I like the color.

First time there, I got a deluxe pedicure and a new full set. The lady doing my pedicure stayed on her phone and hurt me several times taking off my gel polish with the drill. I got cold water, n not even lotion on my feet or legs. My new set? All different lengths and widths. Longer than I asked for and when I tried to tell her it wasn’t right, she said it was. I will never go back. I was charged 97.00 for a new set I’m embarrassed over and bad pedicure. I do not recommend
