Salon was basically empty, 1 client only receiving a pedicure. Front staff greeting was not impressive, very curt by a male staff member.
I asked for a pedicure and was waved to the back area. I asked to see a menu, again was brushed off and staff member only said “in the back”.
Hispanic female in pedicure area was friendly. She prepared my bath and brought out a menu.
I chose “Royal Pedicure @ $50.00”, which is just under their most comprehensive treatment. I requested only a Buffing Polish finish, no clear coat or polish.
Immediate downside I recognized was that no one offered a beverage during my service.
Harsh lighting is above every massaging bath chair, so it is difficult to fully relax and meditate while being treated.
Also, there is no optional media entertainment.
That being said the services listed on the menu fell completely short.
There was no aggressive callus removal.
The massage was non existent.
I could not tell the difference in the feel or smell of the various wraps/lotions applied.
Also, my nails were not buffed to a polish.
I travel for a living and receive Mani/Pedi’s all across the US…..this place I cannot recommend nor would I return.
