For my nails, I ask for Elaine because she’s usually the one who does nails the best. I believe she is the shop owner. However, she does seem to always be in a rush and also very impatient. And to be honest, I do feel like they discriminate. I never feel welcome no matter how many times I’ve gone there.
The last time I went there maybe a month ago… Elaine really upset me because she had a nasty attitude, which brought bad energy, and she insisted she doesn’t do designs. Which I know to be a lie. She was just lazy and didn’t feel like doing it for me that day… which she should’ve just expressed. She was not asking me what I wanted or if I even liked what she was doing. And every time I tried to point something out, she was rude & impatient.
Unfortunately, because of this experience, and overall, I am choosing not to conduct business with this shop anymore. Not that it will matter to them because I’m sure they have other customers that may be happy… but I definitely deserve to be treated with respect and kindness.
Also, the gel started peeling the very next day. And the shape wasn’t what I asked for. But I was just so livid with Elaine, I just wanted to get out of there and be done with her.
