I went two days ago and got a manicure and pedicure. I paid 100 or more with the tip and this is what I ended up with. These are the most ugliest nails I have ever got in my life. They gel is lifting every where. These are absolutely hideous! I literally want a refund. Also the guy kept cutting me.

I went yesterday to get a pedicure and I told the guy that was doing my toes that i had ingrowns on both my big toes. When he started trying to cut the ingrown out he started hurting me and digging the nail clippers in deeper into my toes and when i started telling him that it really hurt he just continued cutting it more and more to the point that I wanted to cry. When I got home I checked my toes to see if he even removed my ingrown and I noticed he just pushed my nail in deeper instead of taking it out. I came back today and I wanted to ask for a refund because after getting them done my toe was hurting really bad through out the whole night. He rudely told me he couldn’t give me a refund and that it wasn’t his employees fault because they “know how to cut the nail properly.” I told him my toe was in pain because of their fault and he had no care at all. Definitely don’t recommend it here.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! I arrived before 1pm and requested a manicure with shellac. I was asked to have a seat and told it would be a few minutes. Had I been informed of the excessive wait, I would have left right then. An hour later the gentleman that greeted me argued with me saying that I asked for dip, which I absolutely did not and I was finally moved to a table. They then had me soak my hands in acetone for 40 MINUTES while waiting for a tech to come available. The tech I was finally assigned worked so hurriedly my nails ended up looking like my 4 year old nephew painted them. See the pics. I spoke to the man who appeared to be in charge and showed him how awful they looked and he told me to sit and wait for someone to fix them. As I had already spent over 2 hours there and I had clients to meet I told him I could not wait any longer and he said to come back anytime. Since I did not care to waste any more of my time dealing with this sad excuse for a salon, I asked for a refund. He rudely refused and said I paid for service not a product. He is right. I paid for a service that was so poorly executed I felt compelled to complain. More so, if your service is substandard, you don’t deserve compensation for it.

Please do yourself a favor and do not waste your money here! Went in today for a french pedicure and french manicure, should have read the reviews but was recommended to this place and thought I didn’t need to. When I was sat down for my pedicure, I soaked my feet for 45 minutes until they did anything. They didn’t do much but pat try my feet and start the french pedicure, it was uneven and the woman left nail polish all over my toes, didn’t bother cleaning them. When we got to my manicure, my nail tech kept gossiping with the nail tech next to her, even the other client was unhappy with how rude they both were and how much they had to share and gossip about with each other while they did our nails. My French manicure was horrible, I stopped her before she could finish and asked her to remove it because I was unhappy with it. I was charged for the pedicure and an additional charge for removing the manicure. Unfortunately her attempt at removing the nail polish was as lousy as applying it, my fingers are also covered in nail polish and I paid for the manicure to be removed. Don’t visit this place.
