everything is so rushed. it looks like a 5 year old did my nails. missing paint, several nails severely crooked. Upon telling him this, he tried to explain to me my bones are crooked. I have had acrylic nails for 18 years and never once have they been “crooked”. It’s simply poor application of the press on nail, as well as uneven filing. Didn’t even attempt to fix it. I asked the price of what I wanted prior to getting them done, was told 55. after my service he told me 65. I go up to pay and they’re 70$!! Money hungry for horrible service and nails. As well as the paint job is awful, full of streaks and lumpy. so sad. I have been here numerous times and am disappointed every time, this is finally it for me. waste of money. Had to come home and cut the nails down to stubs to get a normal shape and shred off the gel polish to repaint them. There’s no reason every time I get my nails done here I should have to come home and fix them, especially for 70$. Which by the way is the cheapest I have ever paid at this shop. Usually over 100$ for something very simple such as a french tips. I am always beyond generous regardless of me being unhappy with my nails, I have never left less than a 40$ tip, except for today. Done.

Very pricey. $55 for a balance?? Insane. Got my nails done on a Sunday, not even 2 days later the gel polish was peeling off. You can see the polish on my middle finger is completely off.

A bit pricey.
Went in for a pedicure that was suppose to be $60. The nail tech ask if I wanted gel polish…which is $10 more.
First thing that came to mind was Anjelah Johnson when she did that comedy show about how much they charge for everything…”you want gel, it’s better for you, cost $10 more honey,”
What was suppose to be $60 some how turn into $115. It should be a set price not extra add on that aren’t listed in the pricing brochure…doesn’t make sense to me.
First and last visit for me

I was charged almost $140 for my toes and fingers, which I’m fine with any price if it’s worth it. My toes are OK except for the left great toe. The nail is kinda shifted from the shoes I wear, and on my feet for LONG hours as a nurse. The nail tech I had couldn’t even be bothered with aligning the acrylic so now it’s super obvious.

My fingernails look like press on nails, and bulky. The shapes don’t even match. He did a rushed job, can’t do ombré very well, and didn’t really listen to my needs even after showing him a photo of what I wanted, and only applied cuticle oil on my left nails. Forget the right ones right?

He also saw that he made me bleed while filing my toenails, not a single “I’m sorry” out of him. I will not be coming back. Horrible experience “back” after years of doing my own nails. Had to spray isopropyl alcohol on my toes as soon as I got in my car to disinfect the bloody toes just to be safe.

With all this, I still left him a $40 tip because that’s just me but lesson learned. Going to get these redone next week at a different spot
