I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt as I saw lots of great reviews. I think it really depends on the tech… I went with my mom and we both did mani/pedi. The prices were kinda steep for pedi but was enjoyable overall… until about a week later my polish was already coming off. Everyone knows toe polish is practically indestructible! Not this one

Our dip manicures were not good. My mom’s were so thick she cut them all of the next week because she was so sick of them. Mine were chipping a lot. I’ve been doing dip for 2+ years and this is unusual for my nails. I broke 2 nails with this polish.

I went back to give them the benefit of the doubt but i got cut so many times I’ll definitely not be going back. Look how big that cut is in the picture… extremely painful! And it’s not like it was just one cut either, she kept cutting me over and over.

Honestly for those that love this place, would love to know the names of their techs. Maybe you’ll get lucky and get a good one?

Best nail/lash salon around! Tried many others before Gloss Nails opened and none are as beautiful and updated and well-run.
I get tons of compliments on my ombre dip nails by Julie and look forward to relaxing pedicures with Bee while sitting in one of the amazing massage chairs there. Julie is also a talented lash artist and business woman.
Their work is so good that it lasts twice as long as previous salons I’ve used. Appointments are easy to make online or by phone and they also take walk-ins. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a fantastic nail place and want to feel pampered!

I’ve been taking my wife here for a while now and they just have the best service ever. Every time we go all the workers are nice and accommodating. And it’s not just the customer service the nail techs are UNBELIEVABLE my wife always comes home with the most beautiful nails that both I and her love. I would definitely recommend to anyone who was thinking of coming here.

Love Gloss Nails! My whole family goes together for some valuable together time. My sister & I use Kim for our nails – she is fantastic & always accommodates our crazy design ideas. We request Van, Vivian & Mimi for our pedicures… all have been awesome!

I really wanted to like this place as it is so close to my house. I will say it is a beautiful place inside. However, services are lacking. I’ve had 2 pedicures and both times I don’t feel I got a massage. It was more they were just rubbing in the lotion. Then both times my gel polish came off a few toes before they even show signs of goenkng out. Just came off all in one piece each time. One time a girlfriend that was in town staying with me came with and she got a set of nails put on. Within a couple of days one of the nails popped off. She went back and had to pay to get it put back on. Throughout the next week multiple nails kept popping off. Definitely disappointing
