When I first moved out there, I was told this was the Go To place if I needed anything. And for awhile it was. But the last few times, not so much. You seem to be own your own if you need help. They have someone standing at the door like a Wal-Mart greeter asking if you know where you’re going. But once to get to the area, no help at all. When I ask the greater for help, I’m told they can’t move from that spot and they’ll “try” and find someone. Don’t know how hard they tried, but no one ever came to help me and I couldn’t find what I needed. Ended up going to Home Depot and believe it or not, unexpectedly someone helped me. They had 3 people ready to check you out, but no one to help find what you needed.

I’m so thankful for this place. It’s the only place I could find an AC capacitor. Good old fashioned friendly customer service doesn’t exist anymore, but this ACE has exactly that. The employees actually know what they are selling and want to help. I came in on Friday 6/21. Even though I was there 15min before they closed, the 2 gentlemen working were right there with me every step of the way making sure I didn’t make the wrong decision. I wish I had got their names. I seriously love coming here. The manager Ryan is super on top of his game, he’s a great asset. Also, Morgan the nice young lady at the front was the best.

Good place to find what you need. Just be aware that prices for irrigation and indoor plumbing supplies are not just inflated by double (which I would definitely understand) but Ive gotten a few things that were 5x the cost elsewhere. I understand the cost of convenience, but feel that’s really being exploited with some stuff.

I use Ace and Regios’s because the service is wonderful and I hate going to Home Depot and Lowe’s. Davis who works there is a great Helper did a good job and also both good guys to work with.

The entire staff was as helpful and friendly as can be. I was looking for a very rare and specific type screw. It took them a while but they never gave up and finally found exactly what I needed. A very enjoyable experience.
