My older teen daughter and a friend were in tonight hoping to spend the gift cards they had. Employees followed behind them in every aisle making them feel uncomfortable, but they assumed they were just watching them to make sure they didn’t steal anything. Eventually they felt uncomfortable and decided to purchase their items and leave. After checkout, as they were walking out the store an employee said quite rudely “enjoy your stuff”. Then the employees peeked out the door staring at them as they walked away. They were previously at TJMaxx and had bought comestics from there as well and the girls weren’t sure if they were assuming the employees saw those items in their bags and assumed they were taking it from Sephora or if that’s just how they decided to say “thanks for your purchase, have a great night, enjoy your items”. Do you assume all your customers are stealing stuff? Or just teen girls? Or do your employees just speak rudely to your customers? My daughter called me right away because she felt so uncomfortable and I immediately called the store but no one answered the phone. Enter this store at your own risk…or go across the parking lot to the location inside Kohls. Will never shop at this store again!

Store was super unhelpful and rude. My husband purchased a product for me that broke after 1 use and it has been 5 days. I asked if I had any options if I lost receipt and just wanted a new product after spending $200+ in store. This item is $40, they were super rude on the phone and told me it’s policy. ( I called Scottsdale after leaving and the offered to look it up on my card) After finding my receipt in the trash, they denied my return in store because another location rang up the same item 5 times instead of the right product. They told me I needed the product on the receipt to make the return, but they rang up 5 items on my receipt I didn’t have! I asked if I could just get a new product and they told me they couldn’t do anything and never cared to help me. The told me I needed to drive over an hour to Scottsdale with my 5 month old to get help or call customer service. (Customer service told me to go in store for help and they filed a complaint with store relations which they replied saying I wasn’t in policy!) They told me they didn’t have a manger above them multiple times as I asked for additional help. Dev the manager went to the back and never came back to talk to me. Sonja the other manager took my info without telling me why and just gave me my stuff back. She told me they will look at the cameras, as if my husband stole the items? I called Scottsdale and Adela the store manager was beyond helpful and gave me a refund with out driving to the store. Thank you! I will not be coming back to Queen Creek. Shannon the manager of please talk to your associates about picking there battles with customers. They made it a bigger deal than needed and they made no effort to help.

My daughter and I just left this store. We were treated like we didn’t exist when we were waiting for a sales associated. My daughter asked the manager where a product was and she felt bothered by the question. And also they treated my daughter who is 17 like she was 12. My daughter knows her products and what works for her face. Not one smile from the 3 employees working today. We will never again shop at this location. We will drive to SanTan mall from now on.

I love coming to this location because the employees are so helpful! Ciana specifically is so amazing & has given me the BEST RECOMMENDATIONS. All my favorite make up items in my make up bag right now are all products that she recommended I try. I’m obsessed and will continue shopping here + asking for Ciana when I go!!!! ❤️

I absolutely love this location. It’s always well stocked and the store is very clean. The staff is always welcoming and friendly and they always look eager to help, which I really appreciate. I also like their selection of music. I don’t understand all the negative comments. So grateful to have this location nearby and I will be coming here regularly.
