I’m just now getting around to posting this as it has taken this long to repair my hair and my new stylist highly encouraged me to let others know. I went to this salon for the first time in October 2021 for a balayage and cut, I had some interest in repairing my hair from past bleaching so I let the stylist do some repair treatments. The stylist cancelled my first appointment day of, my rescheduled appointment she was 30 minutes late due to helping a worker do her hair. Then all the staff except my stylist left and multiple times she commented that the lighting in her own salon was “not very good”. When I left my hair was splotchy and unevenly cut. I was so upset that I paid 400$ for this I wasn’t able to go to another stylist until March 2022 – she was able to help me repair my hair and evenly cut it/blend it out – we just finally got it back to normal. I would highly recommend that you do not book with this salon. When I called back in October to discuss my concerns I was hung up on. This is the only photo I got that really shows the lack of effort- remember this is suppose to me balayage. I’ve had this done for the last 10 years and never had a problem.
