I would give 0 stars if I could. My best friend recently came here to get her nails done and was initially unhappy with the results. I had to file her nails to fix the uneven shaping.
On top of that, the next day 6 of the nails fell off. She wasn’t even doing anything crazy when they did. Less than a week after her appointment, 8 of her nails had chipped. She called the salon and asked if she could get them fixed and they said “Yes for $20.” She went to the salon and they said that she would have to pay for a full new set.
It is ridiculous. It was their fault that the acrylics fell off mere days after her appointment. And they didn’t even want to take responsibility for their own issue. Very disappointed with the customer service.

Love this place, the staff is all so kind! I took my boyfriend for his birthday and we had a blast. Lynn was so good to me and my tired feet!!

I wasn’t impressed by this salon. The chairs are old and cracked, the massage control was missing buttons. The foot spa is not connected to the chair, they wheel out a large dish with water to soak your feet in. The foot soak dish kept moving because it was on a stand with wheels which made it uncomfortable for me. The manicurist kept pushing me to get other services after I told her multiple times what I wanted. I got the basic spa pedicure, she told me twice there’s no massage so I should upgrade. Well per the website “All treatments, include cleaning, shaping, cuticle trimming, MASSAGE, closing with protein strengthener base, polish and quick dry top coat.” She did end up giving me a short massage. Don’t fall for the “upgrades”.
For being in Danville I thought it would be nicer. I will not be returning.

I went to this nail salon for the first time for my moms birthday and I will never come back again. We came in as a group and my mom was treated soo bad. They started her service 20 minutes after the rest of her group. Then they were rude. They kept on speaking in their language barely acknowledging my mom. To top it all off they kept on trying to upselling everything. It was like they were charging up every basic thing. It was already expensive but what should have costs $55 ended up being $85 a person. And most of our family consisted of boys .. save your $$ this place is not worth it.

The service is subpar and they are persistent with trying to upsell. The most disappointing thing is that because they start speaking in their language after interacting with you, it’s hard not to feel as though they are speaking negatively about you. As much as I would like to believe otherwise, the energy in the space was awkward and uncomfortable. Not the best experience. 🫤
