Pern is absolutely the best. She actually cares about the health of your nail under the product of your choice. She is very attentive and caring and her work is great. She is nice and pays attention to the detail the customer asks of her.

Went in on April 8th and got a full set of gel nails paid $80 with the tip, not 4-5 days later 2 had already fell off. Went back in exactly 1 week from my original visit and had them just repair and do a full refill. I heard them discussing that they were going to charge me the full amount because it was over 3 days and the lady tried explaining they are coming off because I have “oily nails”. Funny because I have had my nails professionally done at numerous salons in the last 20yrs and never ever had an issue with “oily nails” causing my nails to fall off after just a few days. So paid another $55. Now 4 days after that fill over half my nails are lifting again and now I’m left using nail glue at home to fix them until I have time to find ANOTHER nail salon to fix them the right way for even more money. Won’t be making the same mistake a 3rd time.

My nail tech (sorry I didn’t ask her name) did an amazing job and she was so efficient with the time too but it looks neat and just as I asked for. I go here a lot. And there prices are reasonable compared to others around them

This place is terrible! Don’t waste your money! All I wanted was white toes. The lady didn’t even take off all of the previous gel polish started painting over it. It was so uneven polish was on my cuticles. A mess. Then she takes it off AGAIN leaves some on, gets the owner to redo them. Got cuts around my toe. The owner then steps in and does them uneven, a random spot on them, terrible! She didn’t even put cuticle oil on or lotion. She just left! To help another customer as I sat trying to file around my own toes to fix them. I sat trying to fix them for like 15 minutes! While she helped other customers. Not only that I was there for almost 2 hours! For a basic white gel pedicure! If I would have known they were this bad at doing toes I would have went to Giant, got a gallon of milk, dipped my toes in and been on my way, It would have looked better! Very unprofessional.

I scheduled a basic manicure on-line to check out the salon and nail tech before spending the big bucks… walked out spending $50.00 on a service I DIDN’T request… a full gel set and polish! And, I wasn’t even offered the full offering of available polish colors, just asked what color I wanted and given the choice between two shades of the same color! Needless to say I’ve scheduled a follow-up appointment with another salon (this time a recommended one) for my color change and additional services.
