I went to Bellavii for the first time the other day. My experience there was great! I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. I had made my appointment online and was taken right at the time I was booked. The inside is open concept and very clean. My nail tech was Jessica, she was incredible and very gentle with the tools. I had originally planned to get a single color, very basic set of acrylics but was asked if I had planned any designs for the upcoming holiday (Fourth of July) and we decided to do a surprise design instead! I gave Jessica the opportunity to choose what colors and designs to do and they came out great. The design, thickness of the nails, shape, and length were all very consistent. I’ve gotten so many compliments on my nails and I highly recommend going here!

I really don’t want to give a 1 star because my person was so lovely and they’re a new business. I personally like to reach out to the business directly and not go straight for a review but unfortunately theres no website/ email and I feel I need to offer honest feedback.
As you can see in the pictures… this was not up to standard. I always have short nails and other nail techs have always executed beautifully. This was my first time trying this salon and I really wanted to love it! Unfortunately, it was really disappointing. I can’t speak on the other services and I’m not sure if there were other factors at play but for the collagen shellac manicure (£60 with tip) the quality was not anywhere it needed to be as you can clearly see.

Bellavii is brand new and so clean. Amazing space with talented and kind nail technicians. They are so easy to talk to! I got my prom nails (Acrylics and white french tip) done by Andy and this is the best I’ve ever gotten in Concord after three years living here. Everyone is so friendly! Andy #1!!!!!!

I work at a hospital. All the nurses and you know texts decided to try a new place to see how it is get mixed reviews. I’m probably never going back. My nails are horrible, they’re uneven. Some are thicker than the others. There’s bumps on them. I am not happy. Just because the salon looks nice doesn’t mean that it’s the best. Gave it a try.
Spent sixty two dollars with tip, never again

Jess did my pedicure she was amazing very thorough and took her time. I wasn’t rushed and she did everything I asked for. I definitely will be back
