Terrible and stressful experience today. Entire pedicure experience was just the worst I have ever had, and I have had pedicures in various places in the world. This was the worst. Lady who gave me the pedicure was speaking loudly in Vietnamese across the room right in front of me while filling the water. Never said Hello or even acknowledged me at first. I interrupted and asked if she was going to put any moisturizer or perfumed salts or ANYTHING into the water. She didn’t seem to understand me. Never had a pedicure where they don’t put something into the water. She was very quick, kept her attention to the front of the room, talking to another employee in Vietnamese. Left me for several minutes to go to the front. Then it was just myself there so it was not busy at all. Only 1 person there (I see why), she never pushed my cuticles back, she cut the side of my toe pretty badly, and then acted like nothing happened while I was trying to clean the blood up. I had to do it. She kept acting like she didn’t understand anything that was happening or what I was saying. I kept wiping the blood because she wouldn’t do it. She put lotion on and gave a very quick massage. Just kept pressing my feet, and that was it. She was very rushed (even with no one there), and her attention and head just kept facing the front, and other enoloyees. Then she added 88 cents to my charge for a credit card, and I refused to pay it because I used a debit card. No charges with that so she took it off. Then when I didn’t tip she tried to ask “you no like?”. NO, I didn’t like being cut and bleeding (still hurting now), NO, I didn’t like being completely ignored as if I’m not there. NO, I didn’t like nothing in the water or the terrible massage or having my nails filed crooked. NO, I didn’t like my experience, and expecting a tip for terrible service and work ethic is shameful.

Judy did a fantastic job on my nails! She spent so much time and was very meticulous. I am so happy with how they turned out! I have been coming to this salon for many months now and have been overall very happy with their service! Judy is also very kind and sweet!

I only get my nails done every now and then, I always go to foxy nails because I love how nice all of the staff are. I had Judy today and she did a wonderful job! I will be requesting here in the future!!

The worst gel manicure I’ve ever had. I got my nails done at 5 PM and the pictures shown are the next morning around 10 AM. The technician, if that’s even what you want to call him, did not properly prep my nails. He started painting them when they were wet! I went back the next day and was told to come back later in the afternoon because they did not have time to fix the nails. I understood and agreed. When I went back, they said that they did not have time and could see me in a few days. Did not want to continue wasting my time. Not to mention the tools and files that they use are extremely dirty!

Oanh is awesome! When I started coming to her, my cuticles were very thick and my nails were ingrown. After coming to her for over 5 months, my feet are super healthy and my toenails look so good. I like this place because the people are pleasant and the atmosphere is nice.
