If I could give you a zero I would, but since I can’t I give you a one. I mistakenly went to best nails and they did not do the best job on my nails and charged me way more than they originally quoted me over the phone. She told me 45$ for a full set. I paid 60$ for nails that look like I did them myself. The shape is all wonky, the polish is lumpy, and some of the nails are even crooked. It seemed like the lady was rushing my nails and annoyed that I was even sitting in her chair at all. She kept pulling on my arms and bending my fingers backwards. All in all I did not enjoy my experience here and will not be back in the future.

I LOVE best nails. These ladies are the best. I came in after a year of being ill from mold toxicity and I had scheduled only a full set. I was feeling pretty down so I asked Katy if she could do a pedicure as well and she said yes! I was so happy they did this and they took their time on both. They are such sweet women. Thank you girls. I am forever a best nails girl.
