Overall it was fine for a cheaper than most pedicure. I had my daughter with me and paid for a pedicure for her too. Mine was fine, nothing extra fancy or special. However, they did cut into the side of my skin by the toe and cut it then quickly put alcohol on it (ouch! They could have told me first but at least it’s clean) so it has been stinging all day. The polish isn’t the cleanest but still nice. My daughters pedicure was most disappointing. They soaked her feet, cut her nails, and did 2 swipes with a pumice stone. No pushing back cuticles or even filing the nails before painting. They also forgot top coat on her toes which have chipped on the ends by that evening. They added on filing her fingernails and polishing them for $5 which was the best thing they did there and they still look great. It was fine but she was done WAY before me and I just got the spa pedicure for $40 (one step up from basic). If that was all, I might go back and ask for a better nail tech. The worst part – nothing was clean or sanitized. They finished my daughter, closed the lid, walked to another chair, and started doing their nails. The lady doing my nails rinsed her tools in the water my feet soaked in the whole time. Nothing sanitary. No soap, sterilizing, or even rinsing in clean water. I kept it positive for my daughter and loved that they had kids chairs but we won’t be going back.

I used to come here every 3/4 weeks for manicure and pedicure. But I just came for my birthday/engagement to get my nails filled and had the worst experience. The man that did my fill didn’t prep my nails/cuticles, gouged my natural nail and kept hitting me with the drill. My nails were thick, uneven and not the design I wanted, some of them didn’t even reach all the way to the end of my nail. So I went back the next day to have them redone, only to be assigned to him again. He didn’t fill the nails with gaps, filled them down without prepping my cuticles again, cut almost every single finger with the drill and shredded the skin around my fingers. I wanted a sheer thin gel paint and not the design because I knew he couldn’t do it. He added 6 coats of gel polish even though I told him I liked the sheer color, he said it was better with more coats and kept going. They are once again way to thick, and not the right color. He didn’t give me cuticle oil for my torn up hands, just sprayed them with alcohol and told me to go. I am so very disappointed and almost cried leaving. My hands hurt and aren’t what I wanted after 2 consecutive trips. (Pictures: what i wanted, day 1 and day 2)

I absolutely LOVE My Nails! I always have a great experience – Everyone is super friendly and kind…plus my nails always look fabulous. It’s a small salon and they can get a little busy, so I always call ahead and schedule an appointment. My favorite things? Their dog (she is DARLING, well behaved, and always brings a smile to my face) and the videos they play on their tv – they are always super cute and calming.

Although the man was very nice, almost all of the nails on my left hand are crooked. The white tip he applied on several nails are crooked and noticeable. There’s a bunch of acrylic balled up under my nails. For $60 I’m disappointed. I didn’t have the heart to tell him I was unhappy.
