Kathy is nice and does great work(aside from hearing complaints that she is not listening or taking too much time to complete a service) and I appreciate the commitment to her regular clients. However time management is a nightmare with this place and the main reason why people don’t like coming here and take their business elsewhere.
Appointments are made when they shouldn’t have been or an appointment is made and it’s not communicated so then other customers have to wait. If you make an appointment there should be near zero time waiting but many times you have to wait for 15-30 minutes sometimes longer. Walk ins should not be allowed if they don’t have the time or staff for it. I don’t know who owns the place or if they even care but it’s something that needs to be changed if they want to increase their overall customer satisfaction and return clients.

Time and time again I’ve been made to wait due to Kathy’s poor time management and not being honest with people that she doesn’t have the time. Prior to my most recent experience I always just walked in but this time I was taking my 4 year old with me for us to get pedicures so I made an appointment for 4pm, arrived alittle before and we were put in the chairs to soak our feet. 3 other people walked in during this time. My pedicure was started at around 4:10 and my 4 year old was made to wait until 4:50 before anyone came over to do her pedicure. The man who did mine finished then walked away until Kathy said something. Two other people that came in after us had already been helped before they attended to my daughter who by this time was ready to go. Kathy is horrible with time management and she’s too pushy to try to get you to make an appointment when she has no concept of keeping it. I have been coming here for a couple years bc it was close to home but I’ve had all the same issues I’ve seen on these reviews.. Kathy does what she wants with your nails when you specifically tell her something different and she is overly aggressive to try and make an extra dollar. If I could give this place a 0 I would. Time to take our business elsewhere.

Had an appointment for 4:00 pm, came in early at 3:50pm just to be sure I wouldn’t have to wait too for long for my appointment. they sat me down to pick my nail color, but I never ended up getting my nails done. Kathy was too busy with other clients, left the salon at 4:30 with absolutely nothing done to my nails. Kathy is nice but really bad at time management. I’ve gotten my nails done here before but stopped going because of this very reason. She does great nails but makes her clients wait for way too long and I just didn’t have the time today to wait another 20 minutes ):

Service 1/10 I sat and waited for my nails to get a fill for 1hour and 1/2 my appointment was 4:30 moved to 5 didn’t get in the chair until 6:30 told her a color I wanted n these she proceeded to do the color she wanted filed the corner of my nail extra hard said ouch and proceeded to continue to do it nails broke within the 3 days having the redone not satisfied at all but still left a good tip wonderful place but yeah it’s a no
